A: Yes, you can! You can pay as a PayPal guest during checkout by clicking "Don't have a PayPal account?". They accept all major card companies.
Q: What kind of quality is this costume?
A: All our costumes are made to order by hand by our expert tailors, based on your height and weight information. We only use the finest cotton and synthetic materials to ensure the costume looks great, and feels comfortable.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our costumes are shipped directly from our workshop in China.
Q: What is the shipping time?
A: From the time of placing your order, it takes 1 business day to tailor your costume, and an additional 3-7 business days in transit to most places in the USA and Europe. (The average delivery time to the USA is the 5th business day after placing an order.)
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes! We ship everywhere in the world. However, shipping times may vary from our standard for very obscure locations. If you don't live near any major cities and need your costume by a certain date, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to customers abusing our previous return policy (trying to wear the costume for one event and then returning it), we now only accept returns for costumes that are defective upon arrival. (This almost never happens!)
Q: Can you customize my costume?
A: Yes, we can! Please contact us with what you have in mind, and we will see what we can do for you. We can even custom tailor you a costume that is unrelated to Pedobear!
